Solutions Sand Control

Variperm's proPUNCH® sand control device (SCD) is a slip on punched screen positioned over top of a slotted or perforated base pipe. The sand bridges form inside the apertures, and the inflow is axial vs. radial. proPUNCH provides superior corrosion and plugging resistance.

proPUNCH offers a variety of profiles, materials, and base pipe perforation and slotting patterns to ensure sand control performance meets the application. proPUNCH is manufactured in an API Q1™ and ISO 9001:2015 certified facility.
